Get guidance from AI mentors and consult your Advisor Board when facing tough decisions. What makes you happy sets the direction. Keeping your promises moves you toward them.

Start here. In about 3 minutes, you'll prioritize 6 areas of life that shape your happiness, describe your ideal future, and identify your dealbreakers. Those choices personalize your accountability, mentorship, and decision guidance around what matters most to you.

You define what a better life means to you across 5 core areas: Freedom, Health, Spirituality, Purpose, and Relations. These priorities draw on established research into happiness and well-being. A 6th category, Life Admin, covers the everyday tasks that keep life running.

Rate each of the 6 areas, and your 100 points split across them to show what matters most. Those priorities guide the entire platform: your mentors personalize their advice, your Advisor Board evaluates decisions against your goals, and your promises turn those goals into action.

Your dashboard shows whether your effort matches your priorities, helping you catch the drift before you spend years building a life you never wanted.

Yes. The whole product works in a phone browser. There is no app to install.

A promise turns a goal into a specific commitment: something "I will" or "I will not" do over the next 3–14 days. Choose your difficulty, put Spark at stake, and commit. When time is up, you report the outcome honestly: Kept or Broken.

Your accountability partner can see your promises, back them with their own Spark, and comment along the way. You can also keep promises private. Each promise gives you a concrete way to turn your priorities into action.

Examples of promises:

• I will limit my social media use to only 1 hour per day, for 10 days.
• This week, I will organize, schedule, and go on a "date night" with my wife.
• This week, I will train in Zone 5 for at least 60 minutes.

Spark gives your commitments something to win or lose. Every member starts with 10 Spark. Stake Spark on a promise: keep it, and earn more at the stated odds; break it, and lose your staked Spark.

You can also earn bonus Spark through house challenges and promises in areas of your life that need more attention. It adds an incentive to tackle what you've been neglecting. Right now, Spark has no cash value and cannot be purchased or cashed out; however, in the future, the platform may introduce tangible or monetary rewards for high Spark accumulators.

Enzo is the house AI oddsmaker who reads all promises. Your odds reflect the difficulty you choose, the time until your deadline, and as time goes by, your track record. Harder promises and longer commitments offer bigger rewards when you follow through. Life Admin promises always pay at 1:1 odds.

You can extend your deadline, but extra time costs. Each extension deducts half your remaining stake, rounded down, with a minimum charge of 1 Spark. You can't extend a promise with only 1 Spark remaining.

You have 2 days after your deadline to mark a promise Kept or Broken. After that, it becomes Lapsed: you lose your stake, and it counts against your kept rate just like a broken promise. Reporting honestly keeps your record useful, even when the outcome disappoints you.

Your accountability partner, guild-mates, and members of groups you share can see your promises. Make a promise private, and they'll see only the life area it serves, never its wording.

Other members can see your record, including kept and broken promises and your Spark figures.

Your partner is someone who sees your commitments, can back them with Spark, and can comment on your progress. You do the same for them. Partnerships are mutual: both people must agree.

During your 14-day trial, MJ DeMarco is your accountability partner. He sees and reads your promises, backs you, and can comment. You can also see and back his promises. Individual comments on every promise are not guaranteed. If you become an Inspirited member, you can opt to keep MJ as a stand-in accountability partner until you find one suitable. In other words, members are never pursuing their promises alone. MJ is always there as a user and a promise-maker.

Backing puts your Spark behind someone else's commitment. If they keep their promise, you earn Spark at their odds, and they receive a 1-Spark bonus on their payout. If they break it, you lose your stake.

Backing lets you put real encouragement behind someone's effort. It counts toward your Spark staked, but their outcome never changes your personal kept or broken record.

Guilds bring a smaller team together to make commitments, report outcomes, and support each other through a shared chat and board. Joining is free; creating a guild requires Membership or an active full-suite trial.

Groups are public boards anyone can join without approval. Every member joins the Inspirited group on day 1, giving you a community to participate in immediately.

A duel puts your accountability partnership against another pair for an agreed number of days. Results are scored using kept rate and Spark flow per member.

Both pairs must agree to compete. Add an optional Spark wager, and the winning pair takes the pot. It gives both teams another reason to follow through.

You start with AI MJ, an AI mentor built on MJ DeMarco's entire body of work, including his 4 books, his forum posts, and his articles. During your trial and with Membership, you can choose from 11 different mentors trained in specific expertise and philosophies. Or, you can create your own custom advisors.

Your mentors use your priorities and record to put advice in context. Switching mentors gives you another perspective without making you explain your story from scratch.

AI MJ's responses are generated by AI. MJ does not personally read or answer your mentor conversations.

His role as your accountability partner during the trial is separate: he can see and engage with the promises you share. MJ, the human and accountability partner, is real and uses the platform daily.

A board ruling helps you examine a difficult decision against the life you want to build. Questions like: do I move out of the country? Do I quit my job and start a business? Do I sell 30% of my business for funding?

Describe your situation, and your mentor plus 4 board advisors open with 2 short frameworks on timing and risk, select the 2 to 4 decision frameworks that fit it best, and ask a short set of questions. The app calculates the results, and the advisors interpret them to produce a ruling.

You receive a recommendation plus each advisor's perspective, including where they disagree. You make the final decision. The ruling is designed to encourage clarity, confidence, contingencies, perspectives, and an improvement to your own deliberation process.

More than 20 are offered. They are structured tools that help you examine choices from different angles, including the Weighted Decision Matrix, MJ's 4 Conditions for Quitting Your Job and his "Marriage Analysis", Regret Minimization, 10/10/10, Pre-Mortem, and Expected Value.

Each guides you through questions and evaluates your answers to clarify trade-offs, consequences, or risks. You can use them independently during your trial and with Membership.

Yes. During your trial and with Membership, the Boardroom Podium lets you challenge a ruling, ask follow-up questions, and revisit the decision with new facts.

The original ruling stays on your record, so you can see how the recommendation evolved. Follow-ups and new rulings count toward their respective allowances.

You can still read your past AI conversations and board rulings. Membership is required for new mentor exchanges, rulings, and other paid AI features.

Membership keeps your full support system available: all 12 mentors, 2 custom advisors, a personalized Advisor Board, decision frameworks, the Boardroom Podium, 8 active promises, and guild creation.

Each month includes 50 mentor exchanges, 10 board rulings, and 30 board follow-up exchanges.

Membership costs $29/month or $197/year. Both plans receive the same monthly allowances. Annual billing saves $149 compared with paying monthly for a year.

1 message from you and 1 AI response count as an exchange. Mentor exchanges and board follow-up exchanges have separate allowances.

Conversations remain available, so you can revisit them later. Continuing an existing conversation uses an exchange just like starting a new one.

Yes, anytime from Settings. Canceling stops your next renewal, and your paid access continues until the end of your billing period.

Your record remains available when you return to Free. If you rejoin, you can continue from your saved history.

Other members can see your public name and record figures. Promise visibility depends on your sharing settings; private promises reveal only their life area.
